The hotel is conveniently located near the casino and offers good value for money. The rooms are clean but show signs of being dated and have a stale smell of cigarette smoke. The service is adequate during the day but may be challenging to find help after 6 pm. While the location is convenient for access to Mohegan, the hotel's odd placement behind another establishment affects the ambiance negatively. Dining options may not be extensive, but the value for money is reasonable.

This hotel has a great location, close to Mohegan Sun, with friendly service and mostly clean rooms that could use an update. The fridge smelled bad from the previous guest, but our arrival was smooth.

My stay was overall pleasant, with clean and spacious rooms and excellent service from the manager. However, there was a noticeable smell in the room with a mix of strong chemicals and mustiness. The location was convenient despite some cleanliness issues in the fridge and wet carpet. The hotel offers only fast food options for dining.
